Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider

Three ways to obtain Healthcare Provider Certification:

American Safety and Health Institute BLS for the Healthcare Provider Classroom Only Course:

This is a 3 hour course covering content on adult, children, and infants for the healthcare provider. Certificate issuance is dependent on instructor observation of required skills performance and successful completion of the written exam.

American Safety and Health Institute BLS for the Healthcare Provider Online Course with Classroom Skills Check:


A 2 hour online course covering content on adult, children, and infants for the BLS Healthcare Provider. Online portions are completed at the student's leisure and are not timed, but successful completion of the online course and instructor observation of required skills are required for issuance of national 2-year certification. Skill observation sessions are usually scheduled for 1 hour, but time can vary due to size of class and skill level of the participant(s). Feel free to discuss the specifics of your group.
